Upgrade FS-ICM

FS-ICM Release upgrade from EA-APPL 500 to EA-APPL 604 (EhP 4)

After several years of running a productive FS-ICM system, the Helsana successfully upgraded their system from EA-APPL 500 to version EA-APPL 604, Enhancement Package 4.

The enhancements EhP3 and EhP4 for FS-ICM were activated with new functionality, and the portal functionality for standard contracts, included with EhP4, were set to productive.

The technical upgrade also included a database conversion, which was a necessary requirement, as well as a small number of name space conversions. The settlements process was transferred to the new settlements functionality, which came with EhP3. The new reserves process replaced the cancelation of reserves functionality.
