is CEO of ConVista Consulting AG. In this role, he is responsible for the business activities of ConVista Germany. In addition, he is responsible for sales as well as the activities of the subsidiaries Faktor Zehn and the companies in Austria, in CEE and in Asia. Until the merger with ConVista, he had been active as Managing Director of Faktor Zehn AG, of which he is a co-founder, since 2004. He has 20 years of experience in software development and in the insurance business. After starting as a developer at a large IT consulting firm, he worked as a project manager and was responsible for product strategy as chief architect before taking over as head of standard software development. He was then a member of the management team at a leading insurance solutions provider, where he was responsible for sales systems, Internet applications and portals.


is Managing Director of Faktor Zehn GmbH and has also been a member of the Executive Board of ConVista Consulting AG since 2021. He is responsible for the Core Insurance department and the brand Faktor Zehn. Since 2000, the business graduate has worked in various management positions in Germany and abroad for international companies in the insurance, IT and consulting sectors. Most recently, he was Managing Partner at ConVista Consulting AG, where he was responsible for portfolio management and project management.
is co-founder of Axxiome and member of the board of ConVista Consulting AG since 2021. He has built up and managed Axxiome's business in the healthcare sector, among others, as well as the technology center and locations in Poland. Since 2021, Pawel Midon has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Axxiome and will dedicate his time to the operational business of Axxiome Health & ConVista.
Pawel Midon will be responsible for "Healthcare" and "Agile Nearshore Software Development" at ConVista. He assumes responsibility for the future operational IT platform of the DACHP business and will continue to lead this from his new board role.


is responsible for the Finance division of the ConVista Group and has been a member of the Executive Board of ConVista Consulting AG since 2022.
With over 20 years of experience in IT, Dr. Klaus Heimes has worked as a program and IT transformation manager, SAP architect, and SAP finance and GRC consultant, among other positions. With a doctorate in insurance business administration, he has already worked as a division manager for group systems at a large insurance group and was most recently entrusted with large IT transformation projects at ConVista in the role of Managing Partner in the Finance division.
