Management is a process

This philosophy is embraced by all those who work for ConVista. We strongly believe in the power of team spirit and the value individuals bring to a team when they work to their strengths and combine their talents. It is team work that projects our company and customers forward and we use it as leverage to achieve success.

Oliver Kewes is both Co-CEO and member of the Global Board. In this function he represents the business transactions of ConVista Germany as well as the internal department "Human Resources" and the service line "Financials and Analytics".  Following a period of vocational training as an insurance sales executive, Oliver Kewes studied Business Management in Cologne and Tokyo, specializing in Accounting and Controlling. He initially worked in the area of Business Development- and Controlling at a leading German insurance company and then moved on to an internal Audit- and Consulting firm at an international industrial organization. He has been working as a business consultant in the insurance and IT sector since 1998.

Thomas Möller, member of the Executive Board, is responsible for Administration, IT, Human Resources and Travel. He is also a member of the Group Management Committee.

After studying automotive engineering and industrial engineering in Hamburg and Kiel, he joined the insurance management consulting industry. After ten years with a medium-sized management consultancy, he moved to ConVista.

As Co-CEO of ConVista Consulting AG Martin Hinz is responsible for the divisions Core Insurance and Customer & Sales. In addition, he represents Sales as well as the activities of the subsidiaries Faktor Zehn and the organizations in Austria, CEE and Asia. As one of the co-founders of Faktor Zehn he was member of the executive board from 2004 until the merger with ConVista Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience in software development and insurance business. After starting as developer with a renowned IT consulting company, he worked as project manager and then as lead architect responsible for the product strategy before taking over the lead for the area of standard software development. Afterwards he was in charge of sales systems, internet applications and portals in the management of a leading insurance solution provider.

Martin Dietz completed his apprenticeship as a banker and studied business administration with a major in international economic relations and financing & investments in Berlin. He worked in diverse departments of a big German universal bank, both nationally and internationally.  After finishing his studies in Business Administration, he began working in an international business consultancy. Subsequently, he started working for a subsidiary of a middle sized business consultancy with focus on Asset Management and Controlling of institutional investors. He established the company on foreign markets and contributed to the internationalization of the business operation. In the year 2009 he started working for ConVista. Martin Dietz is responsible for the service offerings Treasury, Asset Management and Banking.

Jörg Renger is a Managing Director at Faktor Zehn GmbH. He is responsible for marketing and business development, as well as international business. From 2000 onwards, the business graduate has held various management positions in Germany and abroad for international companies in the insurance, IT and consulting sectors. Most recently, he was Managing Partner at ConVista Consulting AG, where he was responsible for policy administration and project management.

Dr. Florian Schwandt is one of the founding team members of Faktor Zehn GmbH. He is the Managing Director and is responsible for sales, personnel and finances. After his university career, the Doctor of Physics began developing IT systems for insurance companies. In 1995 he started working as a consultant, developer, and project manager. He then went on to hold various management positions at well-known German IT consulting companies, specializing in the insurance sector. He became a board member at Faktor Zehn GmbH in 2004.
