Your path as a Quick Starter: Trainee - Quick Start Program
Start the trainee program now as a consultant or developer in one of the areas of finance, insurance or industry!
You want to get into consulting or development, but don’t have any relevant previous experience? Then come and join us!
In addition to sought-after software skills, our Quick Start Program teaches you how IT projects work, how to advise customers, and how to help companies implement their strategies. This will give you a solid foundation for your career.
Our program starts every year on April 1 and October 1 and lasts only six months. After that, you will be hired as a Junior Consultant or Junior Developer for an unlimited period of time.

If you want to focus on finance or process management in an industrial environment, this is the right place for you.
Insurance Business
Are you interested in insurance industry processes? Then IT consulting or customer and sales is the right field for you!
Insurance management is also available in the area of development.
What awaits you on your way with us?
As consultants for IT and processes, we support our customers in mapping company processes in IT structures. Currently, we are looking for Quick Starters nationwide, as we work remotely and thus location-independently.
Your job as a Quick Starter is to learn new skills and try them out – and to play an active role as part of your team in day-to-day work.
- You will learn everything you need to know about business processes and how to optimize them – and about the technologies and methods you need to do this – in comprehensive, individual training sessions.
- You can also develop your soft skills in self-management and presentation.
- You will work on your team’s customer projects
- Together with your team, you will analyze customer requirements, develop solutions and implement them
- You will create documentation and presentations and thus help us to develop further
If you already have IT experience (SAP or Java) or are familiar with financial services, insurance or industry – all the better. If not, that’s no problem either: you can train with us.
The important thing is that you are basically IT-savvy, like to think analytically and dare to get technical.
