ConVista enters new cooperation agreements with Energieforen Leipzig
ConVista Consulting AG enters into a new cooperation with Energieforen, the largest independent network of the energy industry in German-speaking countries. The goal of each partnership is to implement Energieforen Leipzig GmbH's in-house data analytics solution, the EFL Customer Manager.
New analytical possibilities for improved customer management
As part of the cooperation, Energieforen Leipzig's [only available in German] EFL Customer Manager will find its way into the SAP Marketing Cloud. The EFL Customer Manager, which has already been proven in the market for 6 years and is used by various municipal utilities and energy supply companies, enables innovative analytical customer management. By implementing ConVista, the potentials of customer targeting and retention of the SAP Marketing Cloud can thus be exploited to a greater extent. Possibilities for customer segmentation and integrated scoring features for the probability of switching enable optimized market cultivation, whereby sales activities, among other things, can be adequately tailored to the customer.
