The first questions usually arise before you apply. Here you will find answers about jobs and career opportunities at Convista.

Current job offers can be found on our careers page. There you can filter by entry level, areas, focus and location.

For a quick and smooth process, we recommend that you use our online form. You can access this via the corresponding job advertisement on our careers page.

Yes, you can also send us an unsolicited application. You can also find general positions on our careers page, for example in the area of SAP. In your cover letter, you can let us know your areas of interest so that we can process your application accordingly.

For your application, you will need a resume as well as relevant references and certificates. A cover letter is not obligatory, but very helpful to better describe your motivation. You can find more information about the application process here.

Protecting your data in the application process is very important to us. We not only say this, but also act accordingly – confidentially and responsibly. This includes that your data is only passed on within Convista and not to third parties. Only persons involved in the application process are given access (responsible recruiters and (potential) managers). If you receive a rejection from us, your data will be automatically deleted 6 months after the end of the application process.

Inclusion in the talent pool only takes place with your consent. The talent pool gives us the opportunity to stay in contact with you even after your application has been completed and to inform you about other positions that may be suitable for you. Of course, your data will not be used for purposes other than the application process.

In addition, you do not need to include an application photo or disclose information about your private life (e.g. marital status, etc.) with your application. By omitting this data, you will not be treated disadvantageously in the process.

It is not necessary that you live close to one of our offices. But we advise our customers throughout Germany, and in some cases internationally. You should therefore be willing to travel for project-related reasons. You will be assigned to projects throughout Germany. If you are also interested in international projects, we will try to make this possible.

Just be yourself, we want to get to know you as a person. If you know your own CV well and know basic things about Convista, you are already well prepared. We do not conduct assessment centers.

Yes, we will reimburse you for travel expenses by the most economical means of transportation (car, train, or flight) for up to two weeks after the interview.

Welcome aboard. On your first day of work, you will take part in our induction day to get to know other colleagues and important processes. Our comprehensive onboarding, including an individual onboarding plan, will provide you with the best possible support during your first few months. In addition, you will be assigned a buddy who can help you with both professional and personal questions.

In principle, we welcome every application. We would also like to offer career changers the opportunity to start out with us and explore new avenues. On our career page you will find suitable offers.

You can also apply without previous SAP experience. Here we offer especially our positions for Trainees, Junior and business consultants, career changers and experienced professionals.

You can find the requirements in the respective job offers. However, if you do not meet all the required points, this is no reason not to apply! We check every application very intensively and are sure that you have the skills that are relevant for the position elsewhere.

The amount of travel depends heavily on the respective customer and project. Many customers have now switched to remote work to a large extent. Therefore, we cannot give exact figures. However, you should expect at least 50% travel.

Convista offers employees the possibility to work mobile and from home. You don’t have to show up at the office. However, we have no influence on the requirements of the customer. If you are in a project, it is up to the customer whether you have to work remotely or on site. In order for you to be able to work optimally from home, we will provide you with the necessary IT equipment.
