Dr. Köpke joined the Executive Board on August 15, 2024, taking on responsibility for Finance, Controlling, Legal, and Operations. In his new role, he will drive the development of Convista’s internal structures and processes and support the company’s sustainable growth.

Dr. Köpke brings extensive experience in strategy consulting, most recently serving as a partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In this role, he supported numerous companies—particularly those owned by financial investors—in implementing growth strategies. His expertise includes process optimization and successfully managing projects to enhance value. Dr. Köpke will now leverage this experience at Convista to ensure the company’s high-quality standards and further develop the organization in a targeted manner. He places significant importance on close collaboration with the team to develop practical and future-proof solutions.

With more than 10 years of experience in strategy consulting and corporate development, Dr. Maximilian Köpke brings deep expertise in finance, operations, and M&A. His professional career includes leadership positions at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Heraeus, and Bain & Company. Dr. Köpke holds a doctorate in physics from the University of Stuttgart and has extensive knowledge of IT and programming. His focus is on increasing the efficiency of business processes and creating scalable structures that enable sustainable growth.
