For the 16th time Convista was awarded as “Great Place to Work”. In the category “Best ICT Employer”, Convista took 8th place. The IT consultancy was even further ahead in the regional category “Best Employer NRW”, where it landed in 5th place. In both categories, Convista competed in the 251-500 employee size category.

Our feedback culture is very important to us

“An open feedback culture is very important to us so that we can continue to develop and offer our employees a corporate culture in which they feel comfortable and can grow.” Kathrin Sonnborn (People & Culture Team)

The IT consultancy is grateful that so many employees once again took part in the survey, helping to ensure that Convista is and remains a Great Place to Work.

“We are particularly pleased that the values we want to live in the company resonate with employees and were positively highlighted in the survey: Openness, Honesty, Quality, Trust and Team Spirit.”

How does the rating come about?

The awards are presented each year jointly by the Great Place to Work® research and consulting institute and industry associations. The assessment is based on the results of an anonymous survey of employees, 75% of which are included in the overall rating.

Secondly, 25% of the overall rating is based on a culture audit. In this audit, Convista’s People & Culture Team comprehensively describes the company’s human resources work. The culture audit covers the topics of core quality, maximum potential development, values, strategic leadership and innovation culture.

The nationwide Great Place to Work® competition has been in existence since 2002. The aim of this competition is to determine the quality and attractiveness of companies as employers and to recognize special achievements in this field.
