Information on our Group-wide internal reporting centre (whistleblower)
We are always open to your comments and suggestions. However, some topics require a confidential contact channel. In implementing the EU Whistleblower Directive, legislators in the EU have placed persons who wish to provide information on certain breaches of the law under protection. For example, companies are required to set up an internal reporting centre that can be contacted confidentially as an alternative – and usually in preference – to the external reporting centres that have also been set up. We have such an internal reporting centre.
Employees who are employed by a Convista Group company (especially those based in the EU) can find all the relevant information on the intranet. Other persons who wish to inform a company of the Convista Group of violations mentioned in Art. 2 of the Whistleblower Directive or the respective national law based on it and who, as a reporting person, are subject to the special protection of these laws (e.g. future or former employees), can contact the internal reporting office via the following channels.
- In writing (please include a clearly recognisable reference to the desired confidentiality, e.g. ‘whistleblower reference’) to: ConVista Consulting AG, Im Zollhafen 15/17, 50678 Cologne, Germany
by e-mail to: whistleblower@convista.com
by telephone: +49 178 888 6066 (German/English); +48 662 150 155 (Polish)
We communicate details about the further course of the procedure after receipt of a report with authorised persons via the selected channel, insofar as this is possible (example where it is not possible: anonymous telephone entry without specification of a return channel).
ConVista Consulting AG is commissioned by other subsidiaries in the EU to fulfil the function of the internal reporting office and acts as a processor in this respect.
