ConVista expands offering for the energy industry through partnership with epilot
As part of the new cooperation, epilot's cloud solution will be seamlessly connected to back-end systems at municipal utilities and energy supply companies.
Through our partnership with epilot, ConVista is now expanding its services for municipal utilities and energy supply companies. epilot, as one of the leading software-as-a-service providers for the energy industry, provides a cloud environment for end-to-end processes, from lead generation and technical implementation to active customer management. ConVista connects these via its communication platform with SAP and other backend systems at the user companies. As a result, fulfillment and billing can be processed automatically.
With epilot, energy suppliers and network operators can flexibly configure their tariffs, products and services, bundle them and market them via intuitive order lines. For example, their customers can add a wallbox bundled with a charging tariff and the latest smartphone to their shopping cart with just a few clicks, just like they are used to when doing online shopping. ConVista supports the seamless integration of backend systems into the process as part of the newly signed partnership. "Internal processes such as fulfillment and order-to-cash processes can thus be handled flawlessly and fully automatically without digital breaks in the systems," said epilot CEO and founder Michel Nicolai.
Through a number of partnerships in the energy sector ConVista already has considerable expertise in the industry and for the systems used there. Carlos Pereira Borgmeyer, Managing Partner for Utilities at ConVista, adds: "The partnership enables our customers to focus completely on the marketing of non-commodities and bundles.
