More than 1,000 medium and large energy suppliers benefit from ConVista's partnership with Energieforen

Cologne-based IT consultancy ConVista Consulting AG and Energieforen (EFL) have entered into a forward-looking cooperation in 2020 that will benefit more than 1,000 municipal utilities and energy suppliers, especially medium-sized and larger ones.

The aim of the cooperation is to provide the industry with more efficient marketing and automated campaign management based on analytical customer management.

Specifically, ConVista strategically advises its customers on the introduction and implementation of the data-driven marketing tool EFL Customer Manager in the SAP Marketing Cloud. This takes the data analytics solution, which was developed specifically for energy utilities, to the next level. SAP Marketing Cloud combined with EFL Customer Manager empowers utilities to improve customer engagement, through more targeted customer engagement and audience-focused, automated campaigns. As a result, companies achieve greater knowledge of their customers, enabling precise and needs-based cancellation prevention.

ConVista and Energieforen complement each other perfectly within the framework of the cooperation. "The combination of individual industry know-how, IT and consulting experience and the technical expertise in data-driven marketing makes this cooperation so unique," says Carlos Pereira Borgmeyer, Managing Partner for the Utilities division at ConVista Consulting AG.

Data-driven marketing is more important than ever in times of high competitive pressure. The cloud-based system, which is now being introduced in cooperation, provides an ideal basis for decisions when marketing new products and services.
